This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.
If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. KairZa has been built with the support and trust of its users, and we are committed to maintaining that trust.
The above information is required in order for a user to create and manage reminders within the app. Phone number authentication is handled securely through Firebase Auth. Location access (when available) will be used solely to trigger location-based reminders. All reminder data is stored locally on your device and optionally synced to the cloud with KairZa Premium.
Local Storage: All reminder data is stored locally on your device using SQLite database. The app works fully offline without requiring internet connectivity. Local data is encrypted using platform-specific security measures.
Cloud Storage (Premium Feature): When you subscribe to KairZa Premium, your data is synchronized to Firebase Firestore. Data in transit is encrypted using TLS/SSL protocols, and data at rest is encrypted using Firebase's security infrastructure.
KairZa may request access to your device's location in order to provide location-based reminder triggers (Coming Soon). Location data is used only when you explicitly enable this feature for specific reminders and is not continuously tracked.
For a better experience while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your phone number, device information, and reminder data. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.
If you decide that you no longer wish to use the KairZa service, you can request deletion of your account directly within the app. To do so, navigate to the Settings screen and select the account deletion option. Once confirmed, your account and associated personal information will be permanently removed from our cloud servers within 30 days in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Local data will be removed immediately from your device.

KairZa uses RevenueCat to manage premium subscriptions. Payment processing is handled by the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). We do not store your payment information. RevenueCat may collect subscription status and transaction data to provide the service.

We ensure that such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws through Firebase and RevenueCat's compliance certifications.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page and within the app. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy and sending an in-app notification for significant changes.
